You can now decide how recipients can access the files you send by choosing whether your transfer should be preview-only, preview-only + watermarks, download-only, or allow both preview and download (default).
This gives you more control over how your content is shared and viewed.
Transfer access options
- With preview and download (default option), recipients can preview files (when supported) and download them.
- With download-only, recipients will only be able to download the files. File preview won’t be available.
- With preview-only, recipients will only be able to access a preview of the files, and downloading won’t be possible. For more details on which file types can be previewed, please check out this Help Center article.
- With preview-only + watermarks, recipients will only be able to access a preview of the files, and downloading won’t be possible. The images will also have a watermark overlay to protect the file ownership to you. For more details on which file types can have watermarks, please check out this Help Center article.

- Open the Transfer panel and select the transfer you'd like to modify
- Go to the Extra settings area and tap on the view option to change it
- Tap on the preferred option, and the change will take immediate effect
