Below is an overview of the main tabs you will see in your account once logged in:
Transfers
You'll always land on your Transfers panel first. This is split up into three subsections: Sent, Requested and Received.
- Your Sent panel is where you can manage your subscription storage or change the settings (like their expiry date, their password, or background) of your active transfers. You can also check if a transfer has been downloaded or not. Just click on the transfer you need and the overview will open all of its details
- The Requested tab is where all your file requests are gathered. Learn more.
- Your Received panel is where you can see a chronological list of all transfers which have been sent to your WeTransfer account.
Contacts
Let's move onto the second tab, where your Contacts live. Simple, but useful, and you can know more about how to work with your contacts from this article.
Branding
The Branding section is where you can personalise your account by setting up your own WeTransfer page and wallpapers, and you can even get your transfer's notification emails to show your personality or company's branding by uploading an email background and setting an avatar.
Account
There are also a lot of settings for your account to adjust. You can reach them by clicking on your username and then Account Settings.
Here you can edit your account information, view your connected apps, edit payment details, and download your receipts!
