All of your subscription receipts are stored within your WeTransfer account, under Plan & Payment settings. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to access your receipt history. These will be uploaded after each renewal payment has been processed:
- Log into your paid account on the WeTransfer website
- Click on your Workspace name > Account settings
- Click on Plan and payment
- Scroll down to the Receipts section
- On each invoice, you can click the download arrow on the right to save your receipt
From the end of 2025, WeTransfer will update the name of the fiscal document issued to end customers as part of a redesign of our fiscal documents.
In retail transactions, receipts are commonly used to document purchases, and this update aligns with that standard. This change will have no impact on your experience or records. WeTransfer will continue to meet all statutory reporting and documentation requirements as usual.
