If you purchased a WeTransfer subscription via the App Store, then all your payment settings, including cancellations and refunds are managed by the App Store.
We understand that you would expect us to be able to refund a transaction for a WeTransfer subscription. However, as the purchase was made through the App Store, they are also responsible for any refund requests.
This limitation is a condition from Apple, that applies to all apps sold via the App Store.
To use an analogy; This relationship works the same way it would if you wanted a refund from a clothing store for an item of clothing. While the clothing may have been made by a fashion label, the store itself takes full control & responsibility for the refunding of any products bought from the store.
