App Store refunds (iOS)
If you have purchased a subscription from the App Store and now you would like a refund, this request needs to go through the App Store. Whilst we would like to handle this request for you, WeTransfer does not have the access or tools to manage payments made via the App Store.
Not to worry! You can follow the steps below in order to request your refund:

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Tap I'd like to then choose Request a refund

Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
- Select the WeTransfer app from the list of apps
- Click or tap Submit

Play Store Refunds (Android)
- Open the WeTransfer app and ensure you're logged in with your paid account
- On the bottom right corner, tap on your avatar/profile photo
- Tap on Report an issue > choose Account as the Issue type, and add a brief note on your refund request > Continue
- You'll be directed to your mail app and see a formatted email with Diagnostics-Report.html attached. All you have to do is send it without removing the attachment.
Please ensure that you contact us using the same email address linked to your WeTransfer paid account.
