Cancelling a Google Play Store subscription (Android)
If you have purchased a WeTransfer subscription via the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) then your subscription is also managed by them.
Not to worry! You can still easily request a cancellation by following the steps below:
Cancelling an App Store subscription (iOS)
- Open Subscriptions on your mobile device.
- Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. For more information about this process, see Apple's instructions.
Cancelling a Google Play Store subscription (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon (make sure you're logged in to the right Google Play Store account)
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
