Cancelling a Play Store subscription (Android)
If you have purchased a WeTransfer subscription via the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android) then your subscription is also managed by them.
Not to worry! You can still easily request a cancellation by following the steps below:
Cancelling an App Store subscription (iOS)
- Launch the Settings app on your phone
- Tap on your Apple ID (your name)
- Tap Subscriptions and select the WeTransfer app in that list
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Tap Confirm when prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

- On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions
