We're sorry to see you go! If you've decided to delete your WeTransfer account, we're here to guide you through the process.
⚠️ Please be aware that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will remove everything you have saved on WeTransfer and Collect. This also means that any active transfers you may have will be deleted.
Once you request to delete your account, the deletion process may take up to 7 days. During this time, your account will be temporarily frozen. When the process is completed, your account will be permanently deleted and you will receive an email confirmation.
⚠️ Any ongoing subscription will be canceled and expire at the end of the billing period, and it can't be recovered. Are you just looking to update or cancel your subscription? You can manage your subscription here.
Once you have verified everything and are certain about deleting your account, follow the steps below:
- Go to your Account settings
- Go to Profile and Security
- Click on Delete your account
- Confirm your choice by clicking on Yes, delete my account.
