⚠️ Please be aware that deleting your account will delete everything you have saved on WeTransfer and Collect. This also means that any active transfers you may have will be deleted as well.
⚠️ Any ongoing subscription will be canceled and expire at the end of the billing period, and it can't be recovered. Are you just looking to update or cancel your subscription? You can manage your subscription here.
Once you have verified everything and are certain about deleting your account, follow the steps below:
- Go to your Account settings
- Go to Profile and Security
- Click on Delete your account
- Confirm your choice by clicking on Yes, delete my account.
