Although we are sorry to see you leave, below are the steps on how to cancel your WeTransfer subscription.
To cancel your subscription, please choose your platform below.
🌐 If you subscribed via the WeTransfer website:
- Log into your paid account on the WeTransfer website
- Click on your Workspace name > Account settings > Plan and payment
- Tap to Manage plan > Cancel subscription and follow the steps to confirm the cancellation
🍎 If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS)
- Open the Settings app on your phone
- Tap on your Apple ID (your name)
- Tap Subscriptions and select the WeTransfer app in that list
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Tap Confirm to cancel your subscription
👉 We can’t perform the cancellation on your behalf as it’s Apple that manages your subscriptions and payments.
🤖 If you subscribed through the Google Play Store (Android)
You're welcome to cancel your subscription on Google Play.
Important to note: Your subscription will cancel at the end of the billing period depending on if you have a monthly or annual subscription. When the subscription is canceled, we will keep all your active transfers online for up to 28 days. After this grace period, unless you reactivate the account or upgrade again to a subscription, all the remaining active transfers will be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.
