We understand that sometimes your needs may change, and you might want to adjust your subscription plan. Below, we’ll guide you through the possibilities and steps for upgrading, downgrading, or switching between billing cycles.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you want to move to a higher-tier plan or switch from monthly to yearly billing, this can be done quickly and easily:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to your Account settings.
- Select the option of Plan and payment.
- Click on the blue button Compare all plans.
- Choose the new plan and the billing cycle (monthly/yearly) you want to upgrade to.
- Confirm your selection and complete any payment adjustments if needed.
Once you’ve completed these steps, your account will immediately reflect the upgraded subscription under the Plan and Payment section.
Downgrading your subscription
Currently, downgrading your plan to a different subscription is not possible. However, you can cancel your subscription and continue to use it until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, you can choose to re-subscribe to a lower-tier plan.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to your Account settings.
- Select the option of Plan and payment.
- In that section, you’ll find the Cancel Subscription button.
You will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
Changing your billing cycle
Changing the frequency of your billing is currently not available. You will need assistance from our support team.

- Submit a request to our support team, explaining your need to switch to monthly billing.
- Our team will assist you in making the necessary adjustments.
