Issues with uploading files in the Mac app? No worries, let’s figure this out!
We’ve got some suggestions for you, please give them a go:
- Check that you have the latest version of the app installed. You can download it from the App Store here. It is essential to make sure that your app is always up-to-date, as we introduce new features and bug fixes with every new version

- Check that you have a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection
- Try sending a transfer via our website to see if it works. This helps us understand whether the issue is specific to the app
If you’ve tried all that and the issue persists, here are a few more things to try:
- Restart your Mac
- Close and reopen the app: tap the We icon > then the gear icon > then Quit
- Uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store
