We’ve got some suggestions for you, please give them a go:
- Check that you're using the latest version of the app. You can check this in the App Store and update it if required. It is a good idea to make sure that your app is always up to date as we introduce new features and bug fixes with every version that we release, so it is important to make sure that you stay updated.
- Check that you have a steady Internet connection
- Check to see whether a transfer via wetransfer.com works. That indicates a working connection and access to the WeTransfer servers.
- Try to quit and reopen the macOS app
- Restart your Mac
