We’re sorry to hear you want to leave! But if you’ve made your decision, here are the steps that can help you:
- Log into the relevant account on the WeTransfer iOS app.
- Go to Account in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down till you see Delete account and tap on it - it will open a screen asking you to confirm your decision.
- If you’re 100% sure, confirm by clicking Delete account.
⚠️ Any ongoing subscription purchased via Apple would need to be manually canceled via the mobile Settings app. You can manage your iOS subscription here.
⚠️ Please be aware that deleting your account will delete everything you have saved on WeTransfer and Collect, including your personal details.
