We’re sorry to hear you want to leave! But if you’ve made your decision, here are the steps that can help you:
- Log in to the relevant account on the WeTransfer iOS app.
- Go to Account in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down till you see Delete account and tap on it. It will open a screen asking you to confirm your decision.
- If you’re 100% sure, confirm by clicking Delete account.
⚠️ Important: Deleting your WeTransfer account does not automatically cancel any active subscription purchased through Apple. If you have an ongoing iOS subscription, you must cancel it manually through your Apple ID subscription settings. Otherwise, Apple might continue charging you even after your WeTransfer account has been deleted. ⚠️ Please be aware that deleting your account will delete everything you have saved on WeTransfer and Collect, including your personal details.
