So, you've been using Reviews and creating reviews to your heart's content. But when your clients or collaborators have reviewed your assets, how do you know what they have favorited or commented on?
With the report page, you can get a complete overview of the feedback received within your review.
The report is only available to you and your shared workspace members.
To get to the report page, all you have to do is open up your review and click the 'View report' button. It's that easy!
Alternatively, while hovering your cursor over a review from your review list, you'll see a quick view of the feedback already received. Hitting the 'View report' button will also take you to the report page.
What does the review report include?
- Items within the review that have been actioned or not actioned.
- You can sort by the number of favorites or comments a review has.
- When hovering over an item in the list, you will see a 'view comments' option if the item has any comments. Here you can view comments in a separate panel. You can close the comments by clicking the 'X' button in the corner of this panel.
- If you want to view an item from your list in more detail, or leave comments yourself, just click the item's thumbnail in the list.
-
If you need a list of the filenames that have been approved or favorited, you can click the 'copy filenames' button at the top right of the list. These filenames will then be copied to your clipboard (see image on the right).
