Saving a transfer on your mobile browser

So you've been wanting to download a transfer on your mobile device's browser, but you are having trouble figuring out how to do this or where your files were saved to? Don't worry, we're here to show you!

First, you'll have to open the transfer link in your mobile browser. Then, you'll get prompted to a webpage, which gives you two options:

1. Save your transfer as a board using our Collect app. If you want to learn more about that, you can check out this article. Please keep in mind that if you have the app installed on your device, you'll automatically be prompted to the app.

2. Scroll down on the webpage and download the files in your web browser. How this works exactly in iOS is shown in the GIF below.

If you're not sure where you've saved your files, you can check the default download location. You can set this be either in iCloud Drive, or locally 'On My iPhone'.

For Android, the default download location is your Downloads folder.
