Here's how to download a transfer on your mobile device's browser.

First, you'll have to open the transfer link in your mobile browser. Then, you'll get prompted to a webpage, which gives you two options:

1. Download in app: you'll be redirected to the WeTransfer mobile app. If you don't have the app installed, you'll be redirected to the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Download in browser: your download will start on the browser.

If you're not sure where you've saved your files, you can check the default download location.

• On iOS devices, your downloaded files are stored in your Files app. Your default download location may be either iCloud Drive, or locally 'On My iPhone'.
• On Android devices, the default download location is your Downloads folder.
