Now that you have signed up for a WeTransfer subscription via the App Store, you might want to make some changes. That's no problem, we all change our minds sometimes!
As your subscription was created in the App Store, all changes to your subscription must be made via the app. You can subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing period all from within the app.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to follow the steps in this help article.

*Heads-up! Your account options on our website will appear slightly differently. The options for changing Billing Information and viewing Receipts have been removed, whilst Payments will now link you to the App Store.
You can create a new subscription from within the app by tapping Plans at the bottom of the screen or tapping the Upgrade link on your Account page (accessed by tapping your profile picture in the top right of the screen).
Just select the plan that's right for you, either WeTransfer Pro or WeTransfer Premium and you will be redirected to the App Store to complete your payment.
That's it, you're all set! The changes to your account will be visible immediately.
Much like creating a subscription, if you wish to upgrade from WeTransfer Pro to WeTransfer Premium then just tap Plans at the bottom of the page, or go to your Account page, then tap Upgrade under WeTransfer Premium. You will be redirected to the App Store to confirm your purchase and the changes to your account will immediately take effect.
Maybe your eyes were bigger than your belly and you overordered? No stress, you can also downgrade your account easily. Just tap on Plans and select Switch Plan, then you will be redirected to the App Store to confirm the changes. Be aware the changes will only take effect at the end of the current billing period
Switch billing period
If you want to change the billing period from monthly to yearly (and save 17%), then just go to Plans then tap on the Yearly button at the top of the page. You will need to select either WeTransfer Pro or WeTransfer Premium and then you will be redirected to confirm the purchase in the App Store. The changes will take effect immediately.
If you switch from yearly to monthly, the changes will come into effect at the end of the current billing period.
