You can customize your portal for each client and project by uploading a logo. That means you can give a little bit of custom flair to every review and portal you share with your audience.

To get started, open Portals from the top navigation menu on WeTransfer.com or make your way straight to portals.wetransfer.com.

Add a logo to an existing portal

1. On the Reviews home page, open your portal by clicking on the portal card
2. To add your logo, click on the circle that says "LOGO" next to the portal title
3. Choose your file and upload the logo
Voila! You now have a personalized portal. If you would like to make any changes, click on the logo to upload a new one.
Why can’t I edit my review to change my portal logo and title?
If you can’t edit your portal to change your logo and title, it means you might have gone over your plan’s limit and some features are locked until you either upgrade or go back within your plan’s limits.
Add a .jpg or .png file that is no larger than 1 megabyte (MB).
Personalizing your workspace settings
Alongside your portal logo, you can also add your workspace or business logo. This logo will be automatically visible on all your portal pages.

You can edit your workspace logo by going to the menu in the top-right corner on the Reviews home page and selecting 'workspace settings'. On the workspace settings page, you can choose your logo and name.
