We at WeTransfer think that setting up your workspace's branding shouldn't be too difficult, but since we should never ever take things for granted, we have created this article where you'll find the easy-to-follow steps to get started. Now you can keep the whole team looking fresh!
Claiming your WeTransfer URL
This is how it all starts and where all the magic happens.
Your own workspace's page and customized URL/WeTransfer domain can be easily set up by following the instructions here. To get to your Branding options, go into your Account and hit `Branded page`.
Changing your Brand name
To change your brand name, simply log into your account and click your name on the top-right hand side of your page. You should then click 'manage workspace'. From here you'll be able to update your brand name. This name will be visible to all visitors to your profile page.

The instructions to set up your email backgrounds can be found here, just remember that these backgrounds are all shared amongst the members of your workspace with the idea of having a consistent theme for your WeTransfer's branded account.
Setting up your branded WeTransfer wallpapers
If your company has any new flashy images from the latest press release kit, then you can easily add these by following the instructions here (just remember to follow the image and video specs).
It's worth mentioning that the wallpapers uploaded to your branded page are shared with the members of your shared workspace, keeping everyone under the same brand's umbrella.
