The instructions to set up your email backgrounds can be found here, just remember that these backgrounds are all shared amongst the team members with the idea of having a consistent theme for your WeTransfer's branded account.
However, each team member is still able to give their emails a personal touch by adding an avatar to them.
Setting up your branded WeTransfer wallpapers
If your company has any new flashy images from the latest press release kit, then you can easily add these by following the instructions here (just remember to follow the image and video specs).
It's worth mentioning that the wallpapers uploaded to your branded page are shared with the whole team, keeping everyone under the same brand's umbrella.
