Cancelling your iOS subscription
The App Store manages your iOS subscriptions, so if you signed up for Collect Pro as an in-app purchase, here's what you'll need to do to cancel:

Launch the Settings app on your iOS device

Tap on your Apple ID

Tap Subscriptions and select the Collect app in that list

Tap Cancel Subscription

Tap Confirm when prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.
Cancelling your Android subscription
If you signed up for Collect Pro from an Android device, you will need to cancel your subscription through Google Play. Here are the steps:

Open the Google Play app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
