So, you already have a WeTransfer account and would like to upgrade to a subscription? No problem—upgrading is simple!
- First, ensure you are logged into your WeTransfer account and select the Upgrade button in the navigation bar at the top.
- You'll be taken to the next window, where you can see an outline of all the WeTransfer subscriptions and their features. On this page, you can choose the plan that best fits your needs and the preferred billing cycle (yearly or monthly).
- Next, you will need to enter your billing and payment details. Ensure that you select the correct country and provide any VAT number at this stage. Once the payment is completed, we cannot change any details or add your VAT to an existing invoice.
- Then, you're all set to experience your new WeTransfer subscription!
