Using Collect on your browser

Introducing - Collect on web!

Using Collect from any device just got easier. In additional to using the Collect app on your mobile device, you can now access Collect through a browser. Simply navigate to https://collect.wetransfer.com/login and login using your existing Collect account, or create one if you're new to Collect. 

Collect web works the same as the mobile app, with some limitations. Currently, you can only manage your Collect subscription through the Collect mobile app. 

Downloading your board on a computer

If a board has been shared with you, you can download the contents of the board to your computer, just use these steps:

1. Open Collect in your browser and navigate to your board
2. Select a single item in the board (click the circle in the top right of the item)
3. Click the 'Select all' button
4. Press the download button at the top right of the screen.

And that's it! If you download more than one item, the download will be a .zip file which will need to be unzipped.
