If you're experiencing issues importing from and exporting to the Photos app, please check to and see that Paper has the permissions it needs to access your photos.
- Open your device's Settings app. (Not Paper.)
- Scroll down towards the bottom to find and tap on "Paper".
- Then tap on "Photos".
- On the next screen you have the option to give Paper "Limited Access" or "Full Access" to your photo library.
- We recommend that you select "Full Access".
Once you've checked your settings, please restart your iPad or your iPhone. This will ensure that any permission settings that were changed are implemented properly.
