Paper Pro on multiple iOS devices
It is possible to use Paper Pro on multiple iOS devices as long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID. On your second device:
- Tap on the Settings icon top right.
- Tap on "Support".
- On the next screen, tap on the words "Restore Purchase".
Family Sharing
To enable Family Sharing of a Paper Pro subscription, please make sure that all devices have been updated to iOS 14.2+
On the "parent" device:
Step 1:

Open iPad or iPhone's Settings app (not Paper) and then open the "Family" Settings.

Tap on "Purchased Sharing".

Please make sure that "Share Purchases with Family" is toggled on.
Step 2:

Open iPad or iPhone's Settings app (not Paper) and then open "Subscriptions".

Tap on "Paper by WeTransfer".

Please make sure that "Share with Family" is toggled on.
On the "child" device:

In Paper, tap on the Settings icon top right.

Tap on "Support".

On the next screen, tap "Restore Purchases".
PLEASE NOTE: There is a known issue That "Restore Purchase" will not work on some child devices.
We currently have a handful of Paper Pro subscribers who are experiencing this issue. We are working to resolve the issue, but it's likely that Apple will have to resolve issues on their end before it will work. We're sorry for any frustration that this may cause.
Canceling Paper Pro
You can cancel Paper Pro at any time and have access to Paper Pro features for the full duration of your existing subscription. Tap on this link from your iPad or iPhone:
- Open your iPad or iPhone's Settings App (not Paper).
- Tap on your name at the top.
- Tap on "Subscriptions".
- Tap on "Paper by WeTransfer".
- Tap on "Cancel Subscription".
If you don't see "Cancel Subscription", then it's likely you've already successfully canceled your subscription. Please feel free to send us a screenshot of this screen if you would like us to confirm the cancellation.
Refund
If you feel like you've purchased Paper Pro by mistake, you can contact Apple for a refund.

Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase Paper Pro.

You should see your recent purchases. Select the App tab if you don't.

Select "Report" a Problem to the right of your Paper Pro purchase.

Select the reason from "Choose Problem".

Enter details about your problem and then click "Submit".

You should hear back from Apple within a few days to a week with whether your request for a refund is approved.
