How do I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription or a free trial, please follow the steps below to unsubscribe:

iOS

1. Open Subscriptions on your mobile device
2. Tap Collect
3. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. If you see Your subscription will expire soon or Your subscription has expired, it's cancelled and won’t renew.

Android

1. Open the Google Play app
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Collect
4. Tap Cancel subscription
5. Follow the instructions
