Preview issues
Certain files types aren't previewable within Collect, even though you can store any kind of file in the app. Right now, the app is designed more as a storage tool than a media player, so you may need to use a different application to preview your files, depending on the type.
There are loads of different media file types, and some programs struggle to open them. The best program to use is VLC Media Player, it usually smoothes out any playback issues with media files. You can find it here:
Playback issues
Video files are currently not supported for playback in Collect Web, but don't worry, they're still there. To play these files, simply download the items and open them in another app.
Video files are supported for playback in the Collect mobile app, so if you open the board in Collect for iOS or Android, you'll be able to play these files there.
