There are multiple reasons why your upload may fail or get disrupted. Please have a look at the following troubleshooting suggestions:
- Make sure to add your content in small batches, preferably even one by one.
- Make sure to leave the app open until syncing finishes.
- Make sure the file you are trying to upload is not open in another application. Close all other applications to be sure.
- A fresh start may solve this for you. Force close the app or restart your device, and try the upload once more. Make sure your content has been synced to the cloud first!
- Make sure the Collect app is updated to the newest version. If you're in a browser, make sure that it is updated to its newest version.
- Make sure your device's Operating System is updated to the newest version
- Check your internet connection. We would advise you to use WiFi instead of mobile data. Restart your modem/router.
- If you're on mobile data, do you have enough data left to download the files?
- Do you have enough storage space left on your device to download the files?
- Don't move around while trying to download, as this may disrupt your connection. Make sure the device stays in one physical location.
