On rare occasions, the syncing process can be interrupted. This can happen when you change devices, log off, force-close, or uninstall the app before the syncing process has finished.
If you have recently changed devices, please do the following:
- Open Collect on your old device, and ensure you're logged into your account (or create an account if you don't have one)
- Wait for each board to sync
If you don't have access to your old device in its original state, we regret to confirm that we're not able to recover any unshared content. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you haven't changed devices, here is what you can do to try and restore your content:
- Please log in to Collect via a web browser (on your computer or mobile device) instead of the app, and check whether you can see the missing content there
Any content you don't see in the web version has sadly not synced to our servers and is not retrievable. I am very sorry we can't do more about this issue from our end.
To make sure your boards are synced, you can also log in to your account by using a desktop version of the app. This is a good way to check whether your content has synced successfully.
