Missing Journals or pages (Paper Pro)

Did you accidentally delete a page, or even an entire Journal? Or do you seem to be missing some synced Journals? Since Journal Sync works via iCloud, there are places you can check to locate your missing content.

First, you can run First Aid in Paper itself.

• In Paper, tap on the Settings icon top right
• Tap on "Support"
• Tap on "First Aid"
• Please make note of any message you see

If that doesn't solve the issue then you can check for deleted content in the Files app.

• Open the Files app (not Paper)
• Tap on Recently Deleted under Locations
• You should see all of your deleted pages or journal folders there
  • Please note that after 30 days Apple permanently deletes all files 
• Tap on "Select", select the Paper content you want to recover, and then "Recover"
