Did you pay for Paper Pro but can't see the tools or features enabled in the app? Not to worry, it's likely that Paper Pro just hasn't been enabled on your iPhone or iPad. Here's how to resolve this issue:
- First, make sure you signed in to your iPad or iPhone with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase Paper Pro
- Next, enable Paper Pro within the app
- In Paper, tap on the Settings icon top right
- Tap on "Support"
- On the next screen, tap "Restore Purchases"
You should now see all the tools and features of Paper Pro.
Still can't access the Paper Pro features? Make sure that your subscription is still active.
- Open your iPad or iPhone's Settings app (not Paper)
- Tap on your name at the top
- On the next screen, tap on "Subscriptions"
- Scroll to find "Paper by WeTransfer" and make sure that it's in your active subscription list
If you don't see Paper Pro listed as an active subscription then either your earlier subscription has now expired, or you used a different Apple ID to purchase it.
