All Paper Pro subscriptions are managed by the App Store, and as a result we are not able to process any cancellation or refunds. Not to worry though, we can still guide you on how to easily cancel your subscription.
- Open your iPad or iPhone's Settings app (not Paper)
- Tap on your name at the top
- On the next screen, tap on "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap on "Paper by WeTransfer"
- Tap on the red "Cancel Subscription" and "Confirm" when prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

*Please note, if you don't see "Cancel Subscription", then it's likely you've already successfully canceled your subscription.
If you're also requesting a refund here are the steps:
- Visit Apple's Report a Problem page at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase Paper Pro
- Under What can we help you with, select Request a Refund
- Choose the appropriate reason from the Tell us more... drop-down menu
- Select the Paper from the list of apps
- Click or tap Submit
