All of your receipts for your subscription live within your WeTransfer account Plan & payment settings. Below are step by step instructions on how to access your receipt history. These will be uploaded each month after each payment has been processed:
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon
- Click on Account Settings from the drop down menu
- Click on Plan and payment
- Scroll to the bottom of this page to Receipts
- On each invoice you can click the download arrow on the right to save/view your receipt
Good to know: When creating your account and your first payment has been processed, you'll receive your first receipt from us via a welcome email for you to download.
