All of your receipts for your subscription live within your WeTransfer account Plan & payment settings. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to access your receipt history. These will be uploaded each month after each payment has been processed:
- Log into your paid account on the WeTransfer website
- Click on your Workspace name > Account settings
- Click on Plan and payment
- Scroll down to the Receipts section
- On each invoice, you can click the download arrow on the right to save your receipt
Good to know: When creating your account and your first payment has been processed, you'll receive your first receipt from us via a welcome email for you to download.
