Where to find your invoice/payment receipt

All of your receipts for your subscription live within your WeTransfer account Plan & payment settings. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to access your receipt history. These will be uploaded after each renewal payment has been processed:

1. Log into your paid account on the WeTransfer website
2. Click on your Workspace name > Account settings
3. Click on Plan and payment
4. Scroll down to the Receipts section
5. On each invoice, you can click the download arrow on the right to save your receipt
