It might have left you wondering; now I have this WeTransfer subscription to send even bigger files, so neat! But is there anything more to it? Yes, there is!
First things first though, make sure you're logged in. It's important to be signed in because if you're not, your transfers won't be stored in your storage. If the transfer isn't stored in your storage, it'll be treated as if it was sent via our free service, and expire after 7 days.
Let's go through your menu.
Transfers Panel
You'll always land on your Transfers panel first. This is split up into two subsections: Sent and Received. Your Sent panel is where you can manage your 1 TB storage (for Pro subscriptions) or unlimited storage (for Premium subscriptions), forward your transfers, or change their expiry date. You can even check if a transfer has been downloaded or not. Just click on the transfer you need and the overview will open all of its details.
From the transfers tab, you can switch from your sent to view your 'Received' panel. Here, you'll see a chronological list of all transfers which have been sent to your WeTransfer account.
Contacts
Let's move onto the second tab, where your Contacts live. Simple, but useful, and you can know more about how to work with your contacts from this article.
Branding
Under tab number three, 'Branding', is where the excitement starts ramping up. You can personalise your account by setting up your own WeTransfer page and wallpapers, and you can even get your transfer's notification emails to show your personality or company's branding by uploading an email background and setting an avatar.
Account
There are also a lot of settings for your account to adjust. You can reach them under the last tab by clicking on your username and then 'Account'.
Here you can edit your account information, change your password, view your connected apps, edit payment details, and download your receipts!
That's just a very brief overview of what your WeTransfer subscription can do for you - if you'd like to know more, simply follow any of the links in this article, or get in touch with our freakishly knowledgeable Support team here.
