Sometimes our emails end up in your spam folders, which is super annoying and non-productive. That's why we've created a tutorial on adding our 'noreply@wetransfer.com' email address to your trusted contacts for the 4 largest webmail providers.
P.s. if you are not receiving our emails at all, you could be on our bounce list.
Gmail
When you use Gmail, you need to add the address to your Google contacts. Here’s how:

Head to your Gmail inbox, and click the grid icon in the top-right corner - then, click 'Contacts'.

On the screen that appears, click the '+ Add Contact' button.

A smaller window will appear, where you can fill in our details and click 'Save.'
Yahoo
Adding our address to Yahoo contacts is easy as 1, 2, 3:

In your Yahoo inbox, click the Contacts icon, as shown in the first screenshot below.

In the panel that appears, click on 'Add a new Contact', at the bottom.

Fill in our details, and click 'Save.'
Outlook/Hotmail
Via Outlook or Hotmail you can add us to your 'People':

Click the service overview icon - the grid icon shown in the top-left hand corner

In the expanded menu, click 'People'.

Then, click 'Add Contact'

Fill in our details, click 'Create', and you're done!
iCloud
If you use iCloud as webmail, you can add us to your Contacts by following these steps:

In iCloud, go to Contacts

Click on the + sign and then 'Add Contact'

Fill in our details

Click on Done
