To ensure our messages reach your inbox, we recommend adding our email address—noreply@wetransfer.com—to your trusted contacts. Below are step-by-step instructions for the four major webmail providers.

Gmail
To add WeTransfer to your Google Contacts:

Open your Gmail inbox

Click the Google Apps icon (grid) in the top-right corner and select Contacts

In the Contacts window, click the Create contact button

Enter the following details:

First name: WeTransfer

Email: noreply@wetransfer.com

Click Save
Yahoo
To add WeTransfer to your Yahoo Contacts:

Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account

Click the Contacts icon (address book) in the right-hand menu

In the Contacts panel, click Add a new contact

Outlook/Hotmail
To add WeTransfer to your Outlook or Hotmail contacts:

Click the App Launcher icon (grid) in the top-left corner and select People

In the People interface, click New contact

iCloud
To add WeTransfer to your iCloud Contacts:

Go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID
