Can I download a transfer that expired?

Once a transfer expires or is deleted by the sender, the files are deleted and removed from our servers the same day. We cannot restore the transfer once the expiration date of a transfer passes, whether you're the receiver or the sender of that transfer. When you try to open a transfer that has expired you will see the following message:

The only option - if you're the recipient of these files - is to contact the sender and ask them to send you the transfer again.
