How many times have you wanted for your received transfers to be available for longer? Wouldn’t it be great if you could control the expiry date of the files you receive? We got you!
Saved transfers are a mobile app exclusive feature, for those who have the need to extend the life of a transfer that they have received.
By clicking on the “Save” icon at the top of a received transfer, you are able to save a copy of the transfer to your own account, giving you control over its expiration date - in the same way that you have control over the expiration of a Sent transfer. The expiration limits available are subject to your subscription tier - at a minimum it is possible to save a transfer for 3 days, provided enough storage capacity remains in your account.
How do I access my saved transfer on web or another device?
At the moment, the Saved transfer feature is only available on our mobile apps (both for iOS and Android), so a list of Saved transfers or the ability to save a transfer will not be accessible on other platforms. However - if you need access to a Saved transfer on a different device - you are still able to share a link to it and open that from wherever you need it.
