How to delete your Collect by WeTransfer account on iOS
1. Open the Collect by WeTransfer app on your iOS device, log into the relevant account and tap on “Account” in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap on your profile picture to open the account settings.
3. Tap on Delete account - it will open a screen asking you to confirm your decision.
4. Think twice as there’s no going back - the deleted data can’t be restored!
5. If you’re 100% sure, confirm by clicking Delete it all.
How to delete your Collect by WeTransfer account on Android:
1. Open the Collect by WeTransfer app on your Android device, log into the relevant account and tap on “Account” in the bottom right corner.
2. Then tap on your Account icon at the top-right corner. This will open a list of actions, including “Delete account” at the bottom, highlighted in red.
3. Select “Delete account”, and you’ll see a screen asking you to confirm your decision.
4. Think twice as there’s no going back - the deleted data can’t be restored!
5. If you’re 100% sure, confirm by tapping on “Delete it all”.
Please be aware that deleting your account will delete everything you have saved on Collect, including your personal details.
