Please follow the steps below to delete your account via the Android mobile app:
1. Log into the relevant account on the Android app.
2. Tap on your Account icon in the top-right corner- it will open a list of actions, including Delete account.
3. Select Delete account - you’ll see a screen asking you to confirm your decision.
4. If you’re 100% sure, confirm by typing Delete.
Please be aware that deleting your account will delete everything you have saved on WeTransfer and Collect, including your personal details.
