- Check if you have enough storage on your device.
- Check that you have a steady internet connection - it might be worth trying to download your transfer over both 4G and Wifi if available.
- Check that your battery isn't low as your mobile will be saving resources rather than downloading your transfer.
- Try to restart your phone before trying again.
- Log out of the app and log back in before trying to download your transfer again.
