No worries, let’s try these troubleshooting steps to hopefully fix the issue:
- Check that you're using the latest version of the app. You can check this in the Play Store and update it if required. It is a good idea to make sure that your app is always up to date as we introduce new features and bug fixes with every version that we release, so it is important to make sure that you stay updated.
- Check that you have a steady internet connection - it might be worth trying to upload your transfer over both 4G and Wifi if available.
- Check that your battery isn't low as your mobile will be saving resources rather than uploading your transfer.
- Check that your phone has sufficient free space - low storage on your device can impact the functionality across all your apps.
- Try to restart your phone before trying again.
