With the WeTransfer Mac app, it is possible to set the expiry date of your transfer if you have a paid WeTransfer subscription.
- Click the 'We' icon in your menu bar to open up the Mac app
- Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Then click on Settings.
- In the WeTransfer Settings window, you will see an option to set the "Delete transfers after" date.
- Once you change that, all transfers sent using your Mac app from that point onward will have this default expiry date that you set.
Please note: The "Delete transfers after" options are dependent on your WeTransfer account. To find out what those are for your account, navigate to the Plan & Payments page of your account, or look at our Pricing page if you know what your plan is.
