Your name, email address, account information, survey answers, information about the way you interact with our services (including clicks)
- Why are we collecting the data
To conduct customer research, analysis, and audience segmentation (including the use of look-a-like-audiences) to better understand our customers and their needs, and to improve and market our products and services accordingly. We could also connect your survey answers to your actual use of the services to gain more insights.
Finally, solely in case you have separately provided consent, we could use your information for personalisation of our messaging and services, and for targeted advertising on both WeTransfer and third party websites, such as Google and Instagram. You can always withdraw your consent by email@example.com.
- How long will we retain the data? / when will we delete or fully anonymise it?

- Survey data: anonymised after 2 months and/or after analysis is complete
