How to purchase and download a Paid Transfer

Here's your guide to purchasing and downloading your Paid Transfer:

 

  1. Simply click on the download link that you’ve been sent and this will lead you to the seller’s page. Simply click ‘Buy now’, enter your payment details. Your payment will be processed by our partner Stripe and you can pay for your purchase with all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay/Clearpay.




 

  1. Once your payment has been processed, you’ll be given the option to download your purchase. After purchasing a Paid Transfer you’ll have 24 hours to download your transfer. If you forget to download your purchase during this time frame then you’ll have to undergo an authorization process to gain access to your purchase. You will be sent an email automatically when attempting to download Paid Transfer past the 24 hour mark and this will provide you the instructions for authorizing your purchase. If you have trouble downloading your purchase then please contact us. 

 



 

  1. You will receive an email confirmation for your purchase where you can click the ‘get your files’ button and you’ll be sent to the seller’s page where you’ll be able to view the product's details.

Can I cancel my order? 

If you would like to cancel your purchase or receive a refund then you’ll have to contact the seller directly to request this. 

What currency will I be charged in? 

The price of your purchase will automatically be converted into your local currency which is based on your location.

How long do I have to download my purchase?

Please note that after purchasing a Paid Transfer you’ll have 24 hours to download your digital product. If you forget to download your purchase during this time frame then you’ll have to undergo an authorization process to gain access to your purchase. You will be sent an email automatically when attempting to download Paid Transfer past the 24 hour mark and this email will provide you with all the instructions you need to download your product.
