Keeping Track of your sales
You’ll receive an email confirmation after every successful transaction that includes the buyer’s purchase details and each buyer will receive an email after every successful purchase.
If you would like an overview of all sales made, you can access your transaction history via the dashboard under your Stripe business account. Here you can find details for each of your sales and review your earnings history.
Review your payouts
From the dashboard under your Stripe account you can review all of your payouts, where you’ll have access to all paid and pending payouts. All payment information and funds are handled directly by Stripe. Payouts are typically distributed between 2 to 7 business days after a successful purchase, though this may depend on the country you're operating in. Payouts are then transferred to the bank account used to set up your Stripe business account.
Refunds and Cancellations
You can refund a purchase that has been made via the dashboard under your Stripe business account. From your dashboard you can access your transaction history via this where all payments will be listed and ordered by the date they were completed. Simply, find the transaction that you’d like to refund and click ‘Refund’.
The amount of the refund will be taken out of your Stripe balance. If your available balance doesn’t cover the amount of the refund, Stripe debits the remaining amount from your bank account. You can choose to refund a transaction in full or action a partial refund which will return the funds to the original payment method used by the buyer. Buyers will receive an email confirmation when a refund is actioned via your Stripe business account. For more information about refunds, click here!
Only unprocessed payments can be canceled via your Stripe dashboard. For more information about cancelations, click here! You can learn more about managing your sales in our guide.
