How to add a pre-filled title and message to your custom WeTransfer URL

Do you need someone to send you some files? Would you like to have a pre-filled title or description for the transfer they’ll send you?

For example, you might want to specify a customer name or order number, or a reference that helps you organise the files you request and receive.

Here’s how:

1. Visit your WeTransfer Homepage and make sure you’re logged in.
   
   
   
   
2. At the end of the URL, type one of the following:
1. /?title=Support Test123
2. /?msg=Print Size A4
3. /?title=Support Test123&msg=Print Size A4
   
3. Your full custom WeTransfer URL will look like this:
   
   
4. Hit enter to test the custom WeTransfer URL (Any spaces will be converted to a %20 string — that’s normal).
5. You should see this in the transfer window:
   
   
   
6. Copy your custom WeTransfer URL and share it with anyone!
